1. Place order

1.1 How do I settle my order?

With us you can pay for your order quickly, easily and especially safely. You have the choice of the following payment options: iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact and Credit card or transfer the amount manually.

1.2 I have entered a wrong delivery address, what should I do now?

No worries! It is important to contact our customer service directly by emailing If your order has not yet been sent by our Wildheartbabes in the warehouse, we can still adjust your address details for shipping.

Has your order been sent? Then unfortunately we can't do anything anymore. Tip from us: take a look at the neighbors of the error specified number whether they have received our envelope. 2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 When will my order be sent?

Yeah! How nice that you have placed an order with us! Our shipping partner PostNL will deliver your order within two to three days in the letterbox and our Belgian shipping partner (Bpost) will deliver our envelope within three to four days. You don't have to stay at home, because our envelope will be on your doormat via the letterbox.

2.2 How is my order sent?

We ship all orders in the Netherlands & Belgium free of charge via PostNL and Bpost. For all order to Germany & Austria we only request 1.95 shipping costs.

2.3 How is my order packaged?

We ship most orders in an envelope. Larger orders are sent in a letterbox, so that your order can still be in the letterbox and you do not have to stay at home for this. If something has become defective during shipping, please contact our customer service by emailing

2.4 Can I follow my order?

We send the orders with the "standard letterbox post". Unfortunately, you cannot follow your order with this shipping method. Do you want this? Then choose the "Letterbuspakketje with Track & Trace Code" option. Then you can follow your order all day whenever you want.

2.5 Do I have to stay at home to receive my order?

  7. We check your return request and approve it or off. If it has been approved, you will receive an email with further information on how you can return your order

The costs for returns are for your own account, unless you choose to exchange your order. You can send the return shipment by letterbox post and you can throw on the street in any mailbox. 3.3 Have you already received my return well?

We expect to receive your return shipment in our warehouse within 5 working days. It may be possible that there is sometimes some delay at PostNL or Bpost. As soon as we have received your return, we will of course notify you immediately via a confirmation email. We will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days in the same way that you have paid the order. 

It can differ per bank how quickly the purchase amount is back in your account. Did you pay via PayPal, Klarna or AfterPay? Then your invoice will be adjusted via PayPal, Klarna or AfterPay.

5. How do I take care of my Xoxo Wildhearts Case?

How nice that you ordered from us! To enjoy your phone case for as long as possible, we have noted a number of tips below:

  • Keep the case away from paint, perfume or something that contains alcohol. This can cause damage to the phonecase!
