Sorry, that's of course not the intention! Please contact our super-fantastic customer service as soon as possible by emailing service@xoxowildhearts.com. They are here for you and will solve the problem for you immediately.
Would you like to return your order?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is not a problem for us. You can return your order within 30 days.
You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Choose whether you want to exchange the order or have the amount refunded. Do you want to exchange? Then indicate in the text box which product(s) you want to receive

Then choose the shipping option and then 'Send return request'.

We check your return request and either approve or reject it. If it is approved, you will receive an email with further information on how to return your order.
The costs for returning your order are for your own account, unless you choose to exchange your order. The return can be sent by mail and you can throw it in any mailbox on the street. You do not have to go to a post office for this. With the Track & Trace option you can follow your return any moment and you can also see when it arrived at our warehouse. Note, returning products is at your own risk. We're not responsible for lost or damaged products.
Is your product damaged or wrongly delivered? That is certainly not our intention, so please contact our Wildheart customer service as soon as possible by emailing service@xoxowildhearts.com. We will then immediately solve the problem for you, and ofcourse you do not have to pay for these costs!
Exchange
Did you order something, but would prefer to receive something else? That is also possible with our girl! You can exchange your order within 30 days. Follow the steps above to return the product(s) and choose the option 'exchange'. It is important to clearly state in the text box which product(s) you want to exchange, so that our Wildheart babes in the warehouse can do this for you immediately after we receive your return.

What happens once you have sent in your return?
Once we receive your return and have processed it, we'll let you know via confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the amount within five working days of receipt, using the payment method used for purchase.
