Hey girl, thanks for placing your order! Our Wildheart babes are going to pack your order as soon as possible. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped!
As soon as your order is packed, we’ll hand it over to our delivery supplier. Delivery to addresses in the Netherlands will take place within two to three days. Orders to the United Kingdom will be delivered within three to four days. Please note that Sunday and Monday are not working days for our shipping partners. Have you placed your order over the weekend? You’ll likely receive it by Tuesday!

All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Follow the instructions below if you’d like to make a return.
Have you not received the correct product(s)?
We’re sorry to hear the items you’ve received are not the same as what you’ve ordered. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing service@xoxowildhearts.com. They’ll be happy to help sort out this issue as soon as possible.
Is your order damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing service@xoxowildhearts.com. They can help to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Of course, exchanging damaged items is free of charge.
Would you like to return your order?
We’re very sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order. Returning or exchanging your order is of course not an issue at all. You can return your order within 30 days. Make sure that you pack the item(s) unused and undamaged. Personalised covers CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Registration of returns:
1. Please file your return here: Return
2. Enter your email and Order ID
3. Choose which product(s) you want to return
4. Please specify a reason for your return
5. Choose whether you want to exchange the order or whether you want the order amount to be refunded. Do you want to exchange your item(s)? Please tell us which items you want to receive in the text box.
6. Choose the shipping option and then "send a return request"
7. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you choose to exchange your order, the return process is free of charge.
If you choose to refund your order, any shipping costs incurred will not be covered by us.
You can send the return shipment via letterbox parcel. Please note that we can only process returns once we’ve received your parcel.
Exchange
Not happy with your order after all? We’re sorry to hear that. You can exchange your order within 30 days. Perform the above steps to return the product(s) and choose the "Exchange" option. It is important to clearly state in the text box for which product(s) you want to exchange your items for.
Please note! Personalised covers CANNOT be exchanged!
What happens once your return is posted?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the order amount due within five working days. The refund will be processed via the payment method you have used for your order.
How to post your return
Step 1: Place the product(s) in an envelope or parcel
Step 2: Write the return address on the envelope
Step 3: Write your Order ID on the envelope
Step 4: Send the parcel to us by mail or post.
Please note: we can only take back items if they are unused and complete, including the original packaging.

The costs for returning are for your own account and risk, unless you opt for a voucher or exchange a product. As soon as we have received and processed your return shipment, we’ll send you an email notification. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will repay the order amount within five working days via the payment method used by purchase.
