Let op babe: Helaas is het niet mogelijk om gepersonaliseerde hoesjes te ruilen of te retourneren. Het is dus belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat je de juiste maat en opdruk bestelt, de verantwoordelijkheid ligt 100% bij jou!
Ook zijn emoticons en speciale symbolen niet toegestaan. Zorg er dus voor bij het bestellen dat je deze niet in je ontwerp hebt. Standaard tekens, zoals een streep, golf en hashtag etc. zijn wel toegestaan.
*De kleuren van het hoesje en de bedrukking kunnen afwijken van je computer- en telefoonscherm. Door het hoesje te bestellen, ga je akkoord met de bovenstaande voorwaarden*.
Hoe zorg ik voor mijn xoxo Wildhearts case?
Om zo lang mogelijk plezier van je telefoonhoesje te kunnen genieten, hebben we hieronder een paar tips op een rijtje gezet:
- Houd het hoesje uit de buurt van verf, parfum of alles wat alcohol bevat.
- Make-up, olie, kleurstoffen en spijkerstof zijn ook niet goed voor het hoesje. Sommige vlekken zijn gemakkelijk te verwijderen, maar er zijn ook vlekken die je er niet gemakkelijk afkrijgt.
- Het is ook belangrijk om de case niet urenlang in direct zonlicht of hitte te bewaren. Het kan zijn dat het hoesje dan sneller verkleurt.
Een telefoonhoesje kan na verloop van tijd gaan verkleuren, in dit geval zal dat met de bovenstaande tips een stuk minder snel gaan!
Verzending
Zodra je bestelling is overgedragen aan onze verzendpartner PostNL, ontvang je direct een e-mail met de trackinggegevens van je bestelling. Alle bestellingen worden binnen 1-2 werkdagen verwerkt.
Brievenbusbezorging
Wij verzenden de meeste bestellingen in een envelop. Grotere bestellingen worden in een brievenbuspost verzonden, zodat je bestelling toch door je brievenbus past en je niet thuis hoeft te blijven om deze in ontvangst te nemen.

How and when will my order be shipped?
Yeah! We're so happy you ordered with us! Our shipping partner PostNL delivers your order within one to three days in your mailbox. You don't have to stay at home, because our envelope will be delivered to your doorstep.
We ship all orders in the Netherlands for free. For orders in the EU, shipping costs 1.99. Orders above €25,- have free shipping. Shipping costs to the UK are £1.99, orders over £25 are shipped free! See all information about shipping here.
How will my order be packaged?
Most orders are shipped in an envelope. Larger orders will be shipped in an small box, that still fits in the mailbox so you do not have to stay home. If anything is broken during shipment, please contact our customer service service@xoxowildhearts.com.
What is your return policy?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is not a problem for us. You can return your order within 30 days.
You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

I received a damaged or wrong product. What do I do now?
Of course, we can understand that this is annoying for you, sorry girl! Would you like to contact the Wildheartbabes of customer service right away? You can send an email to service@xoxowildhearts.com and don't forget to include your order number and pictures of the damaged product. We can then assess the damage and find an appropriate solution for you.
My received product looks different than on the website. How is that possible?

How do I take care of my xoxo Wildhearts case?
In order to enjoy your phone case as long as possible, we have listed a few tips below:
- Keep the case away from paint, perfume or anything that contains alcohol.
- Make-up, oil, dyes and denim are also not good for the case. Some stains are easy to remove, but there are also stains that you can't get off easily.
- It is also important not to keep the case in direct sunlight or heat for hours. It may be that the case will discolor faster.
