How and when will my order be shipped?
Yeah! We're so happy you ordered with us! Our shipping partner PostNL delivers your order within one to three days in your mailbox. You don't have to stay at home, because our envelope will be delivered to your doorstep.
We ship all orders in the Netherlands for free. For all orders in the EU, shipping costs 3.95. Orders above €30,- have free hipping. For an overview to which countries we ship and the prices see shipping.
How will my order be packaged?
Most orders are shipped in an envelope. Larger orders will be shipped in an small box, that still fits in the mailbox so you do not have to stay home. If anything is broken during shipment, please contact our customer service email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is not a problem for us. You can return your order within 30 days.
You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

We can then assess the damage and find an appropriate solution for you.
My received product looks different than on the website. How is that possible?

How do I take care of my xoxo Wildhearts case?
In order to enjoy your phone case as long as possible, we have listed a few tips below:
- Keep the case away from paint, perfume or anything that contains alcohol.
- Make-up, oil, dyes and denim are also not good for the case. Some stains are easy to remove, but there are also stains that you can't get off easily.
- It is also important not to keep the case in direct sunlight or heat for hours. It may be that the case will discolor faster.
