How and when will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders in the Netherlands for free. For all orders in the EU we ask only €3.95 shipping costs. For an overview to which countries we ship and the prices see shipping.
How will my order be packaged?
What is your return policy?
You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

I received a damaged or wrong product. What do I do now?
My received product looks different than on the website. How is that possible?
How do I take care of my xoxo Wildhearts case?
- Keep the case away from paint, perfume or anything that contains alcohol.
- Make-up, oil, dyes and denim are also not good for the case. Some stains are easy to remove, but there are also stains that you can't get off easily.
- It is also important not to keep the case in direct sunlight or heat for hours. It may be that the case will discolor faster.

We ship throughout Europe from our warehouse in the Netherlands with PostNL. Delivery times are between 1-5 working days depending on the country. From €30 we offer free shipping.
