Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 10 PM are shipped the same day — except personalised products, which may take one extra business day. PostNL delivers within the Netherlands within 1–2 business days; Bpost delivers to Belgium within 1–3 business days. Note: PostNL does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Free (PostNL / Bpost)
  • Europe: Free from €25, otherwise €1.99 (2–5 business days)
  • United Kingdom: Free from £25, otherwise £1.99 (2–5 business days)
  • Germany: Free from €25, otherwise €1.99 (DHL, 1–2 business days)

Most orders are sent in an envelope that fits through your letterbox. Larger orders are shipped in a letterbox-sized box — no need to be home for the delivery!

Yes! You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also use the order tracker above.

Caring for your phone case

Keep your case looking great for longer just a few simple rules:

Alcohol & solvents

Keep the case away from varnish, perfume and anything containing alcohol these can permanently damage the material.

Dyes & make-up

Make-up, oils, dyes and denim can stain the case. A new pair of dark jeans, for example, can permanently discolour a silicone case.

Sunlight & heat

Keep the case out of direct sunlight and heat for extended periods this can cause discolouration over time.
