- Register your return quickly and easily using our returns portal.
- Within one working day of your return being processed, you will receive a coupon code consisting of the amount of your purchase plus 10% extra.
- Order your replacement product(s) using the coupon code!
REFUND
- €2,99 return fee (free for products which were damaged upon arrival).
- Register your return quickly and easily using our returns portal.
- Your registration will be processed within 24 hours during working days.
- Once your return has been processed, your account will be credited with the purchase total, or we will edit your Klarna invoice when applicable.

Of course you can exchange your order. You'll even receive a coupon code with 10% extra spending value! Simply fill in our return form. Easy and fast!
We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your order. Returns are no problem with us! You can return your order within 100 days of cancellation and receive the full order amount back via your chosen payment method. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Personalised cases CANNOT be returned!
You can quickly and easily create your return via our return form. Have your order number and email address ready! During busier periods it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for us to process your return.
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll notify you by email. When we receive the product in good and original condition, we'll refund the order amount within five business days of receipt via your chosen payment method. Created a return and haven't heard from us yet? That means your return hasn't arrived with us yet — please bear with us a little longer!
In some cases we unfortunately cannot accept a return. The following items are not accepted as returns:
- Personalised items
- Stickers where the protective layer has been removed
- Items damaged or broken through your own fault
- Used screen protectors
- Shortened or incomplete link bracelets
- Branded products whose packaging has been damaged
