Most orders are shipped in an envelope. Larger orders will be shipped in an small box, that still fits in the mailbox so you do not have to stay home. If anything is broken during shipment, please contact our customer service service@xoxowildhearts.com.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is not a problem for us. You can return your order within 30 days.

You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.
