Orders placed before 10 PM are shipped the same day — except personalised products, which may take one extra business day. PostNL delivers within the Netherlands within 1–2 business days; Bpost delivers to Belgium within 1–3 business days. Note: PostNL does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
Returns are no problem with us! You can return your order within 30 days of cancellation. The item must be returned in its original condition.
